Spriq ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us when you:
- Submit our contact or booking form (name, email, business name, phone, message).
- Book a call via our calendar widget.
- Email us or call us directly.
We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are designed to be privacy-friendly and do not use cookies that identify individuals.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you've requested.
- Schedule and conduct consultations.
- Send service-related communications.
- Improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your information:
- Resend — to deliver transactional emails.
- GoHighLevel / XPress Automations — CRM and booking platform.
- Vercel — hosting, analytics, performance monitoring.
- Google Workspace — email hosting.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policies. Some may store data outside Australia (e.g. the United States). By submitting your information you consent to this overseas disclosure under APP 8.
4. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for performance monitoring. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing site functionality.
5. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and reputable third-party providers.
6. Data retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. CRM records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards.
7. Accessing or correcting your information
You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@spriq.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us first at hello@spriq.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
